Theme: Holiday Dishes

What to do:

1. Reply to this email if you would like to come or sign up in the Relief Society folders on a Sunday
2. Bring a favorite holiday dish to share
3. Email the recipe to moo_cheney@hotmail.com (or bring 1 hard copy)
4. Come eat, mingle, and take home new holiday recipes

Please feel free to bring your children, I have lots of toys and a fenced yard.

Holiday Ideas from Super Saturday

Here are the table displays set up in our Home for the Holiday room. Thank you to Stephanie and all the sisters who dug out their Christmas decorations early to share with all of us!

Super Saturday - Nov 1st

What a fun day we had at the church for our Super Saturday...Here are some of the highlights!

Update for Super Saturday

1) Due to a building conflict – the location of our Super Saturday has been changed. Super Saturday will still be Nov 1^st from 10:00am – 2:00pm but it will be at the MATTHEWS BUILDING! Please make a note of this change – the building in on Thompson Rd. in Matthews, let me know if you need directions.

2) Sign-ups and money are due this Sunday for Project #4 the cost is $12.00 and all materials are included. You will need to come and sand, paint and apply lettering to complete this project. Money is due to Marci Smith by Sunday. We will place our order for vinyl lettering on Monday.

3) If you previously signed up for either the ABC album or the Book of Mormon quiet book – please pay Marci Smith by Sunday. They are $5.00 each.

4) Stephanie Pate is putting together a fabulous room for the holidays. Come browse our "Home for the Holidays" room to get you in the spirit of the season! We will be having candy making classes, sharing simple holiday decorating ideas, and sharing fun ways to make the holiday mood contagious in your home and neighborhood! I am so excited for this class!

5) We will also need help preparing the school kits for shipment. We will (hopefully) have them finished, ready to fill the bags and load the boxes for shipment to SLC. It will be a great time had by all!

Thanks to Stephanie, Deb and Brandy for all the work they have put into this fabulous day! We look forward to seeing ALL of you there!

Orders for Super Saturday

Orders for the photo albums are due this Thursday, October 16th. Please let me know how many you want to order of the ABC Album and/or the Book of Mormon Album. I will be placing the order Friday morning.

Stephanie Pate found a deal on Photo albums at Costco. (4) 100 page albums for 11.00. She will be bring them to church on Sunday for you to see.

October Activity Groups

Wheat grinding & Bread making class is Oct. 16^th at 10 am in Cindy Buckner’s home.

If you would like to attend you may sign up in the RS binders this Sunday.

Playgroup is Saturday, October 18th at 10:00am
